Engineering Industry Consultant
Ed has over 20 years’ experience in the plastics industry. He trained as a Plastics Engineer dealing with product manufacture, processing and tooling before moving into tool and product design.
Ed then moved into sales, management roles servicing, and liasing with existing customers on a regular basis and developing new business. This also encompassed technical advice with respect to materials and design and the preparation of formal quotations.
Ed joined Advanced Personnel in October 1996 as an Industrial Consultant in the Engineering Sector.

Hospitality Consultant (Temporary & Permanent)
Jeanette is now in her 7th year as a specialist hospitality consultant. Working in the Hospitality Industry since 1985 she has strong management experience having owned and operated a variety of hotels, restaurants, cafes and motels throughout New Zealand. This leaves Jeanette with a thorough and comprehensive understanding of what is required by the client and also assessing the ability of candidates - ( having worked in every area of the industry - *Hands On* experience is valuable).
In her spare time, Jeanette is kept busy as President and retired player at the Richmond Squash Club. A short spell out of retirement in October last year to play in the 2008 World Masters Championships held in Christchurch. A passion for good wine - a member of 3 wine clubs.
She joined the team at Advanced Personnel in December 2006

Trades Consultant (Permanent Placements)
Stan has recently worked within the manufacturing/engineering industry where he managed the recruitment and training programmes for employees.
Prior to that role Stan worked for a decade within the retail industry. As well as owning a recruitment company, Stan also has many years experience with staff recruitment.
Stan joined Advanced Personnel in January 2009 as a Recruiter specializing in all sections of the trades industries. He is passionate about meeting customer's workplace needs to full satisfaction.

Commercial Consultant (Temporary & Permanent)
Vanessa joined the Advanced Personnel team in November 2008 after returning from 3 years in the Middle East where she was raising her two sons and supporting her husband who was working for The Royal Air Force of Oman.
Originally from Christchurch, Vanessa has held prior Sales and Account Management roles mainly in the Hospitality and Tourism sectors. Her portfolio with Advanced Personnel covers placements in the commercial sector, including office administration, sales & marketing, accounting and management.
Vanessa is committed to working with her clients to understand their individual needs and provide exceptional service for both client and candidate.
